CadVu uses only functional cookies: the ones needed to sign you in and to remember choices you make. We use no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking, so there is no cookie banner to accept.

The cookies we set

  • sb-surveyos-auth-token: Keeps you signed in. (Until you sign out or the sign-in expires)
  • surveyos_title_firm: Remembers which surveying firm a title company is working with. (1 year)
  • sos_site_chat: Keeps your conversation with the chat on a firm’s website. It does not identify you. (30 days)
  • surveyos_preview, surveyos_edit: Let a firm’s staff preview and edit the firm’s website draft. (Up to 2 hours)
  • surveyos_view_as: Lets CadVu support see an account the way its user does, when helping that firm. (1 hour)
  • sv_oauth_state: Protects the step where a firm connects an outside account (such as Google Calendar). (A few minutes)

Page view counts

A firm can let its CadVu website count page views. The count uses a random number kept in your browser tab (session storage) that is gone when you close the tab. It is not a cookie and is never shared.

Other companies’ cookies

When you pay with PayPal or a card, sign in with Google, or a page checks that you are not a robot, that company’s own window or page may set its own cookies under its own policy.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. If you block them, you cannot stay signed in to CadVu.
