For surveying firms

From an address to a booked survey, with your RPLS in control.

CadVu prices the job from your own list, takes the deposit, prepares the file for your surveyor, schedules the crew and bills the client or the title company.

Quotes and orders

  • Your price list, your rules

Fixed, by acreage, per item, hourly or after review. Add-ons, rush, and rules that offer, suggest or require a service, with the reason shown to the client.

  • Questions per survey

Ask what each survey needs (utilities, trees, spot elevations, the kind of property). An answer can add an extra, add business days or send the order to review.

  • Combined orders

Boundary and topographic on one visit, each with its own discount, and the turnaround that counts the longest wait.

  • Parcel facts found for you

Parcel, acreage, legal description and FEMA flood zone from county and federal records the moment an address comes in.

The surveyor stays in charge

  • RPLS review

Complex jobs come to you with the parcel, aerial, deed and extracted calls side by side. Nothing goes out at a price you did not approve.

  • Document research

Find deeds and plats by address, account, legal description, owner or instrument number. See any cost first and approve it.

  • CAD-ready files

Calls, closure and a traverse with LandXML, CSV, PNEZD and GeoJSON for every job, plus a pre-survey packet.

Field and office

  • Dispatch and calendar

Crews, field dates and a planning board, with calendar sync and reminders that collect gate codes before the crew leaves.

  • Crew phone app

Today’s jobs, a field checklist, time and the client’s signature, and it keeps working without signal.

  • Incoming work and late files

New work routed to the right person, a list of what each order is waiting for, and a morning summary of what is late.

  • Team and access

Positions, access levels and who sees which files. Invite people or let them join with your company code.

Clients, partners and money

  • Your own website

Pages, services, prices and the quote on your own domain, edited from your settings.

  • Title company portal

Partners order by GF number, alone or in batches, at the prices you set for them, and download stamped surveys.

  • Client chat and status page

Clients follow their survey on a status page and message your office; your inbox has every conversation.

  • Billing

Deposits, invoices, pay at closing and Net 30, checks and Zelle recorded by hand, an aging report and QuickBooks exports.

  • Follow-ups

Quote, proposal and invoice reminders at office hours, and review requests when you switch them on.
