Open your title company’s account, free: confirm your email and you are in; CadVu does not need to approve you. Compare the surveyors that serve each property and their prices, and send your request to the one you choose. Most firms accept a new title company at once (a few approve new companies first) and bill the survey at closing; a firm can agree your own prices and billing with you later.
Or be invited: the surveying firm adds your company as a partner and invites your administrator by email. The invitation sets a password and opens the portal.
Your surveyor is not on CadVu yet? Invite them when you sign up or from your account: they get a free account that receives your requests and sends back the surveys.
